Readiness Review report
A concise assessment of the opportunity and its current readiness.
Luxembourg securitization · Step 1
A paid first step to assess fit, identify gaps and decide whether a full securitization mandate is justified.
The decision before the mandate
The Review assesses the opportunity, available information, a potential Luxembourg securitization route, key gaps, required providers and next-step options.
Its objective is to determine whether the case appears sufficiently suitable, documented and commercially justified to proceed — or whether it should be reworked, deferred or stopped before further cost and complexity are added.
The Readiness Review is a fixed fee, starting at EUR 5,000. Where it lands depends on how much is in scope. It is fixed before we start, paid before we start, and you get the full answer either way — including if the answer is that securitization is not the right route for this.

What you receive
The agreed output is designed to support a real proceed, rework or stop decision.
A concise assessment of the opportunity and its current readiness.
Whether a securitization route appears potentially relevant — not a final approval.
Possible single-transaction, compartment, programme, platform or own-issuer paths.
The information, documentation and confirmations still required.
Which specialist workstreams may need to be involved next.
Commercial, operational, regulatory, reputational and data gaps identified.
Proceed, proceed with conditions, restructure, defer or decline.
An agreed discussion of the report, reasoning and possible next step.
A preliminary feasibility view is not a final legal, regulatory, transaction or provider approval.
How it works
Start with a short, non-confidential fit discussion. The detailed work begins only after scope, agreement, payment and required inputs are in place.
A short overview of the asset, financing objective, platform or existing structure.
The written scope identifies required inputs, exclusions, fee and expected output. Work begins after the StegX GmbH agreement, cleared payment and sufficient information are in place.
We assess the facts, possible route, gaps, documentation and provider requirements.
Proceed, resolve conditions, restructure, defer or decline. Any implementation begins under a separate mandate.
Fixed-fee scope
What a Readiness Review costs
A defined fee for a defined diagnostic — before any full mandate begins.
A Securitization Readiness Review is a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work begins. It starts at EUR 5,000 for a single asset with one sponsor and one primary jurisdiction. Cases involving several assets, more than one jurisdiction, or a repeat programme or platform are scoped and priced above that.
The fee covers the Securitixation review work only. Third-party costs — legal counsel, tax advisers, administrators, paying agents, account banks, auditors, KYC/AML providers and any technology providers — are separate and borne by the client. No provider is appointed or committed by the review.
Fees are quoted in EUR and are exclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes. Securitixation is a service brand of StegX GmbH, which is the contracting and invoicing entity.
Clear scope boundaries
It establishes a decision basis. It does not quietly turn into legal advice, implementation or a promise of financing.
